All orders placed before 11:00 CET, will normally be dispatched from our warehouse the same day.
Below you will find more information on shipping methods and delivery times depending on where you live. Please allow extra time during festive periods and public holidays, and for delivery to remote addresses.
Europe
European Union
All shipments are trackable.
- For Zone 0 to Estonia, we ship with Omniva : 6 € (1-3 business days)
- For Zone 1-3, we ship with DHL Global Mail (trackable).
Zone 1 : 8 € (2-4 business days)
Zone 2 : 10 € (3-6 business days)
Zone 3 : 12 € (4-7 business days)
All taxes included at checkout. No import fees to pay upon receipt of your goods.

- Express delivery (DHL Express): 90 NOK
Tracked. 1-3 working days from despatch, depending on where you are located in Norway.
- Sent including taxes and VAT. You will have nothing more to pay upon receipt.
Svalbard, Jan Mayen, Bjørnøya
We do not send to Svalbard.
Arctic Edge products are found on sale on Svalbard is the local physical stores at tax free prices.

United Kingdom
We use FedEx International Connect Plus. Cost is 12 GBP (approx 10 working days)
Due to complicated UK tax rules, please note:
- Orders under £135 (excluding VAT)
For UK orders under £135, UK VAT (20%) is added at checkout.
This means no extra charges on delivery - we collect and pay the VAT to HMRC on your behalf. - Orders over £135 (excluding VAT)
For UK orders over £135, no VAT is charged at checkout.
These orders are shipped tax-free, and UK VAT, customs duties, and a carrier handling fee will be payable by the customer on delivery.
Example
– 1 neck gaiter → under £135 → VAT paid at checkout, nothing to pay on delivery
– 2 neck gaiters → over £135 → VAT and fees payable on delivery

- You will need to pay import taxes, customs, and a processing fee from Canada Post/ FedEx. The processing fee can be around 20 CAD.
- To estimate how much you will need to pay, consult the following this page from the Canada Border Services Agency. Typically neck gaiters fall into the Apparel category, whereas beanies *might* fall into the Accessories category. The processing fee from DHL/other is about 20 CAD. This website really helps understanding the import costs and is fairly accurate ! If you have a friend in USA who is coming to visit, it's cheaper to sent to the USA as there currently is no import taxes there for small orders (see USA tab).
