Refund policy

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel your order and return your item(s) within 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days, starting from the day after you received the item(s), without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of cancellation or request a return, please contact us by email at hello@arcticedge.eu within the 14-day period.

If you exercise your right of cancellation during this period, you will receive a refund, subject to the limitations set out in this Return and Refund Policy.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise agreed by us or required by applicable law.

We do not charge any restocking fee.

You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale. All original labels, hangtags, packaging, and hygiene seals, where applicable, must be intact and returned with the item.

You may handle the goods only as necessary to evaluate their characteristics, features, and functioning. If the goods show signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them, including but not limited to wear, washing, damage, odour, stains, marks, stretching, pet hair, human hair, or missing/damaged labels or hangtags, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, or refuse the return where permitted by applicable law.

 

GOODS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND/OR REFUND

Standard items may be returned within 14 days, subject to the conditions in this policy.

However, the following goods may be excluded from the right of cancellation and/or refund under applicable law:

  • Goods that have been made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
  • Items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, where a hygiene seal, label, or protective packaging has been removed or broken after delivery.

When you receive the goods, you may handle them only as necessary to evaluate their characteristics, features, and functioning.

If returned goods show signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them, including but not limited to wear, washing, damage, odour, stains, marks, stretching, pet hair, human hair, or missing/damaged labels or hangtags, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, or refuse the return where permitted by applicable law.



IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

For orders delivered within the European Union or to Norway, taxes and duties are normally handled at checkout or by us where applicable.

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, VAT and import treatment may depend on the value of the order and applicable UK rules. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

For orders delivered to countries outside the European Union, Norway, and the United Kingdom, you are fully responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or processing charges applied by your local customs authorities or delivery service.

Svalbard Knitwear OÜ cannot refund, reimburse, or credit customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or processing charges charged by local authorities or delivery services, including in the case of a return.

This applies to non-EU/non-Norway/non-UK destinations, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Switzerland, and Australia.
